Introduction to How to Breathe in Yoga

In this video, you will begin the Light Body Challenge with an overview of its power and properties. Then, practice a special yogic breath, Ujjayi, which you will use to gain better control of your breathing, create heat in the body and cultivate calm and ease through your practice. You can use the breath practice as a reference and also as a daily breathing reminder - this breath can be used any time during the day.
